If all of that is right and you are still missing alerts, email us with the approximate time of an alert you expected and we will trace it.
Choose the repeating alarm option in Settings rather than the short chime, and make sure PokeFreeze is allowed to break through your Sleep Focus. iOS controls the volume of notification sounds through your ringer volume, not media volume.
Stock moves quickly. Alerts and inventory counts are reported from community and uploaded sources, and an item can sell out between a report and your arrival. A count is a strong signal, not a guarantee — every result shows the date its inventory came from so you can judge how current it is.
Open Channels and toggle any channel on or off. Changes take effect immediately, and there is a search box if the list is long.
Both are in Settings. Delete account removes your account and its data, including your notification settings and registered devices, and stops all alerts. It cannot be undone.
No. PokeFreeze tells you when stock is reported and links you to the retailer’s own page. It never adds to a cart, checks out, or acts on your behalf.
