Privacy Policy

The short version. We collect the minimum needed to send you the alerts you asked for: who you are, and which device to notify. We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell or share your data with data brokers.

What we collect

Data	Why
Discord account identifier your account ID and username	You sign in with Discord. This is your account with us, and it is how we check whether you hold the role that grants access.
Device push token	The address your notifications are delivered to. Without it we cannot notify your phone.
Device platform, manufacturer and model	Delivery diagnostics. When a member reports a missed alert, this is how we tell a problem on our side from the device suppressing the notification.
Your settings channels and notification preferences	So your choices persist and you receive only the alerts you asked for.

We request only the identify and guilds.members.read permissions from Discord. We do not request your email address, and Discord does not give it to us. We never receive your Discord password.

What we do not collect

No location data of any kind
No contacts, photos, messages, or files
No payment or financial information
No advertising identifiers
No analytics on how you use the app — no third-party analytics SDK is present
No browsing or search history from outside the app

Tracking

We do not track you. We do not link your data with data from other companies for advertising or measurement, and we do not share it with data brokers. The app contains no advertising networks and no third-party analytics SDKs.

Who else sees your data

We use service providers to run the app. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

Expo — delivers push notifications to your device
Apple Push Notification service — delivers notifications on iOS
Supabase — database hosting
Fly.io — application hosting
Discord — sign-in, subject to Discord’s own privacy policy
Sentry — server-side error reporting, which may include your account identifier inside an error report

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account exists. Device tokens are removed when you sign out on that device or when the notification service reports the token is no longer valid.

Deleting your data

Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account. This removes your account, your settings and your registered devices, and stops all alerts. It cannot be undone. You can also email us and we will do it for you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to how we use it. Email us and we will action it. We do not charge for this and we will not degrade your service for asking.

Children

PokeFreeze is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Signing in requires a Discord account, which Discord requires you to be at least 13 to hold. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with our hosting providers. Sign-in tokens are held in the device’s secure storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we collect deliberately small so there is little to lose.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be announced in the app or by notification.
